ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN ANGGOTA DPRD KOTA SUNGAI PENUH DALAM MENAMPUNG ASPIRASI MASYARAKAT

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of members of the DPRD Kota Sungai Penuh to accommodate the aspirations of the community. The research method used is a qualitative approach method. Informants in this study came from the community who had conveyed their aspirations at the Sungai Penuh City DPRD. The research instrument is the researcher himself and data collection through interviews and field observations. The results of this study are that members of the Sungai Penuh City DPRD have the ability seen from their skills in accommodating community aspirations. The community, because the average member of the Sungai Penuh City DPRD already has an adequate educational background.
