Abstract
This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kerinci Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of work mutations and work conflicts on work stress. The number of samples set as many as 32 respondents using the Quantitative method. As an independent variable, namely job mutation and work conflict, the dependent variable is work stress. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple liners can be seen that the job mutation variable affects work stress by 0.020 (2.0%) and work conflict affects work stress by 1,080 (108.0) these two variables affect work stress and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination are known that 0 , 995 (99.5%) variation of performance can be explained by the independent variables studied in this study and 5.0% is explained by other factors outside this discussion. And the results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously that the dependent variable on the independent variable has a significant effect using the t-test and f-test
