Abstract
The Effectiveness of Online Mobile Services at the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The formulation of the research problem is, how is the effectiveness of online mobile services at the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The research objective is to find out the effectiveness of online mobile services at the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This study uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through field interviews with 7 informants referring to 5 research indicators, namely 1. Tangibles 2. Responsiveness 3. Reliability 4. Assurance 5. Empathy. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the answers of the informants described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by interpretive researchers. It is known that the effectiveness of online mobile services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency, out of the five research indicators, four indicators that have been implemented well, namely the Responcivinees, Asurance, Reliability and Empathy indicators, while the Tangibles indicators have not been implemented optimally.
