Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Justice on Work Discipline. either directly or indirectly, the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables namely Organizational Culture (X1), Organizational Justice intervening variables (X2), and endogenous variables, namely Work Discipline (Y). The population of this study is all 31 State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data collected through questionnaires, The research findings show that: 1) There is a significant direct influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Justice, where the contribution value obtained is 0.715 or 71.5% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct influence of Organizational Culture on Work Discipline, where the contribution value obtained is 0.254 or 25.4% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct effect of Organizational Justice on Work Discipline, where the contribution value obtained is 0.248 or 24.8% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is an indirect influence of Organizational Culture on Work Discipline through Organizational Justice significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.212 or 21.2%
