Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and employee evaluation on behavior in Kantor Koordinator Wilayah Satuan Pendidikan Kecamatan Air Hangat Kabupaten Kerinci. The results of the research on the effect of workload on behavior based on the results of the analysis where the t count value is 3.356 > t table 2.262. This means that the workload affects behavior. Then the results of the research on the effect of employee evaluation on behavior based on the results of the analysis where the t count value is 2,943 > t table 2,262. This means that employee evaluation has an effect on behavior. Meanwhile, the results of research on the effect of workload and employee evaluation on behavior are based on the results of the analysis where the calculated F value is 7.078 > F table 4.844. This means that the workload and employee evaluations have an effect on behavior.
