Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of facilities on employee productivity at the Koto Baru sub-district office in Sungai Penuh City through work motivation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees at the Koto Baru sub-district office and 28 samples. Test the validity of this instrument using the product moment correlation technique at a significant level of 5% (0.05) with degrees of freedom r table = 0.373 (N-2 = 26). While the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that from multiple linear regression analysis facilities and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity with a significance level of 0.000. Facilities have a partial effect on employee work productivity with a significance level of 0.001 meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and work motivation has a partial effect on employee work productivity with a significance level of 0.022 meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and the results of the R Square test show the results of R2 = 0.726 meaning that 72.6% productivity employee work (Y) is influenced by the facility variable (X1) and work motivation (X2), the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other variables, and from the Sobel test using the Sobel calculator where the value is 2.31572248, while it is known that t table is 2,055 so it can be concluded that t count > t table. Thus hypothesis 4 is accepted. These results can be concluded that the work motivation variable (X2) is able to mediate the effect of the facility variable (X1) on the work productivity variable (Y).
