Abstract

This research is entitled about the application of public administration ethics as an effort to realize good governance with the aim of maximizing services at the Tambak Tinggi village office so that it is easier to achieve a good governance system in Tambak Tinggi village by paying attention to ethics in administration. , and this study uses qualitative research methods, this study discusses how the efforts of the Tambak Tinggi village government can apply good administrative ethics so that it can make it easier to achieve a good governance system in this Tambak Tinggi village. and see how these obstacles or obstacles in realizing a good governance system.
