KOORDINASI PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENYUSUNAN RENCANA KERJA PEMERINTAH DESA (RKPDes) (Studi Kasus Di Desa Koto Beringin Kecamatan Siulak Kabupaten Kerinci)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe. The implementation of village government coordination in the preparation of village government work plans (RKPDes) in Koto Beringin Village Siulak District Kerinci Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research informants. There are 10 informants in this study and there is 1 key informant. The results of study indicate that in the process of drafting the RKPDes in the village of Koto Beringin, it has been running in accordance with government provisions / regulations, namely that the reference for the preparation of the RKPDes is the result of village deliberations and the vertical coordination built by the village government of Koto Beringin is also already well because all elements concerned in the village have been involved in the process of drafting the RKPDes. There is enough good horizontal coordination between the village government and the village consultative official in the process of preparing the RKPDes for the 2022 budget year and this coordination is in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. The RKPDes that has been set has not yet implemented physical development as expected by the community and the program that has been running is the handling of covid19, tafis al-qur’an and scholarships for outstanding children.
