Abstract

Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of Permendagri Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards (KIA) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Sungai Penuh City. This research uses qualitative research with purposive sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. The results showed that the implementation of the child identity card (KIA) policy at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City through indicators, namely: 1) communication, 2) resources, 3) disposition and 4) bureaucratic structure showed quite good. This can be seen from the communication made by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh Regency regarding Child Identity Cards that are good.
