Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and education level on performance. either directly or indirectly at the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Full Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables namely job training variables (X1), educational level intervening variables (X2), and endogenous variables namely Performance (Y). The population of this research is all 56 State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) at the Ministry of Kerinci Full Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. that: 1) There is a significant direct effect of job training on the level of education, where the contribution value obtained is 0.094 or 9.4% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct effect of work training on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.448 or 44.8% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct influence of education level management on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.052 or 5.2% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is an indirect effect of job training on performance through the level of education significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.047 or 4.7%
