Abstract

This study aims to see the effect Job Satisfaction on Pormance of Satate Civil Servant (ASN) at the Kayu Aro Office with Self Efficacy as an intervening variabel. Responden in this study were the Satate Civil Servant (ASN) at the Kayu Aro District Office, totaling 20  people. The analytical tool used in this research is Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression and Path Analysi, by performing a Regression test. The result show that : 1. Job Satisfaction is not significan to Performance, it is know that tcount >tables is 0,000 < 0,05 with a significant level of 0,186 (significance > 5%). Than there is an in significant influence between Job Satisfactiont (X) on Performance (Y). 2. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Self Efficacy, it is know that Tubel is 2,415 >1,734 with a significant level of 0,027 (significance < 5%). Than there is a significant influence between Self Efficacy (Z) on Performance (Y). 3. Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction together have a positive effect on Performance, this is proven by the Fhitung value of 80.422 and Ftable 3,55 with a significance of 0,000 therefore Fcount > Ftable (80.422 > 3,55) then H0 is rejected and Ha Accepted. With a significant value smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), it can be ignored that Job Satisfaction and Self Efficacy together have a positive and significant effect on Performanceof the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Kayu Aro District Office. 4. Through Path Analysis and testing in this study, it shows that the variable of Self Efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediator. Because the tcount is 2,883 with a significance level of 5%. For a tables at the 0,05 significance level and df = n-k (20-2=18), the table test size is 2,101. So tcount >ttable (2,883 >2,101), it can be denied that the mediation coefficient of 1.270302 is significant. This means that Job Satisfaction can be a mediator in the influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance at State Civil Apparatus at The Kayu Aro Head Office.
