Abstract

Based on PERMENDAGRI Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management, village funds can be interpreted as funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget earmarked for villages which are transferred through the Regency/City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget and are used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Air Quiet Village, Airwarm District, Kerinci Regency is a village that has also received Village Funds from the State Expenditure Budget (APBN) and from sources from the Kerinci Regency Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) since 2015. Kerinci district identified problems such as the lack of collaboration between the village government and the community and the community felt a lack of benefits from the implementation of village development in Air Quiet Village, whose funds came from the APBDes. Based on this phenomenon, the researcher is interested in conducting a study entitled "Analysis of Village Fund Management in the Air Quiet Village, Airwarm District, Kerinci Regency".The purpose of this research is to find out how the Village Fund is managed in Air Quiet Village, Airwarm District, Kerinci Regency. This research is a qualitative research that seeks to describe in fact the phenomena that occur in village financial management. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview methods. Determination of informants in this study is a purposive sampling technique. the implementation of the stages of village financial management in Air Quiet Village is in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, participation as well as order and budget discipline based on Permendagri No. 113 of 2014.
