Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the procedures for implementing promotion service administration at the Jambi Search and Rescue office. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with purposive sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. Data were obtained through field interviews with 7 informants, namely 1 key informant and 6 regular informants. The results of this study indicate that the administrative ethics of promotion services have been going quite well, because all interested elements have already carried out promotion services at the Jambi Search and Rescue Office in accordance with the existing SOPs and their respective duties and functions, also supported by facilities. and sufficient infrastructure, so that the existing constraints can be resolved properly.
