PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI MOTIVASI KERJA DI KANTOR CAMAT HAMPARAN RAWANG

Abstract
The title of this study is the influence of the work environment on employee performance through work motivation in the Hamparan Rawang sub-district office, Sungai Penuh City. This study uses a quantitative method, because researchers want measurements between variables X, Y and Z. The sample in this study is 18 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling as a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses the Path Analysis hypothesis test. The results of this study based on research findings show that: 1. The effect of X on Z from the above analysis obtained a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, so it can be interpreted that there is a direct significant effect of X on Z. 2. The effect of X on Y from the analysis above is obtained a significance value of 0.090 > 0.05, so it can be interpreted that there is a direct significant effect of X on Y. 3. The effect of Z on Y from the above analysis obtained a significance value of 0.019 <0.05 (significance <5%), so it can be interpreted that there is a direct influence significant Z to Y. 4. Analysis of the effect of X through Z on Y, it is known that the direct effect given by X on Y is 0.385, while the indirect effect of X through Z on Y is the multiplication of the value of Beta X on Z with the value of Beta Z on Y, namely : 0.385 + 0.332 = 0.717 Then the total effect given by X on Y is the direct effect plus and the indirect effect is 0.385 + 0.332 = 0.717. Based on the calculation results above, it is known that the value of the direct effect is 0.385 and the indirect effect is 0.717, which means that the value of the indirect effect is greater than the value of the direct effect. These results indicate that indirectly X through Z has a significant influence on Y.
