Abstract

The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the answers of the informants described in the results and discussion of the research which was then carried out by interpretive researchers. It is known that the effectiveness of online mobile services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency, out of the five research indicators, four indicators that have been implemented well, namely the Responcivinees, Asurance, Reliability and Empathy indicators, while the Tangibles indicators have not been implemented optimally. For this reason, the authors suggest that the apparatus can continue to make improvements in the effective implementation of public services, especially in the field of facilities and infrastructure so that the making of community population administration can run smoothly.
