Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional image and job satisfaction on loyalty. either directly or indirectly at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Kerinci This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables namely Institutional Image (X1), intervening variable Job satisfaction (X2), and endogenous variable, namely Loyalty (Y). The population of this research is all 34 State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Kerinci. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data is collected through a questionnaire, The research findings show that: 1) There is a significant direct effect of Institutional Image on job satisfaction, where the contribution value obtained is 0.755 or 75.5% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct effect of Institutional Image on Loyalty, where the contribution value obtained is 0.256 or 25.6% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct effect of Job Satisfaction on Loyalty, where the contribution value obtained is 0.227 or 22.7% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is an indirect effect of Institutional Image on Loyalty through Job Satisfaction significantly, where the contribution value obtained is 0.209 or 20.9% with a Tcount greater than Ttable (3,838 > 1,677).
