Abstract
This study aims to determine the Application of Online E-Attendance Application. This type of research is Qualitative research, Informant Selection Techniques in this study are purposive Sampling, data collection with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while data validity uses a triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results showed that: 1) Information Technology seen by the Utilization and Effectiveness indicator, it was concluded that the use of information technology attendance application at the Air Hangat Sub-district office was very beneficial and made it easier for employees to complete work, both effectiveness to increase the productivity of subdistrict office employees. 2) Work Discipline seen from the Attendance and Working Time indicators That the existence of information technology, namely the online e-attendance application as a support at the Air Hangat sub-district office, is needed because it helps employees in conducting attendance both in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Employee working time has increased after the implementation of the online attendance application to improve the work discipline of sub-district office employees, each of which has a different work intensity according to their respective tupoksi. however, with the presence at the Air Hangat sub-district office, it is considered that it has not been 100% maximally achieved. Because there are several obstacles in implementing the application, one of which is obstacles in terms of application access which are sometimes problematic such as not being connected to the server or not recorded and declared outside the area even though the place and location of application use are in accordance with the rules. Information technology to support employee performance in carrying out their duties in each field in the subdistrict office.
