Abstract
Employee Performance in Guiding Convicts in Class IIB State Detention Center Sungai. This study took place at the State Detention Center ClassII B Sungai Penuh with the formulation of the research problem how is the performance of employees in coaching prisoners at the State Detention Center Class IIB Sungai Penuh. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of employees in coaching prisoners at the State Detention Center Class IIB Sungai Penuh. This study used a qualitative approach where data were obtained through field-free interviews with twelve informants. From the results of the study, it is known that the Guidance of Correctional Inmates at the Class IIB State Detention Center Sungai runs according to the procedure. Rutan employees always carry out their main duties and functions in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) so that the quantity of employee work in the coaching program can run well. punctuality in carrying out the duties of the coaching program is always carried out continuously for the inmates of the correctional facility. It is hoped that the inmates will have the nature of awareness, both social awareness in the community and religious awareness. The development of independence has a program of activities, namely Job Development (BIMKER) for the inmates who are equipped with skills. Employees create good communication with correctional inmates and always make a family approach.
