Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Library Management Implementation on Visitor Satisfaction at the River Full City Library and Archives Service, while the population and sample in this study were people who used the services of the Sungai Penuh City Library and Archives, amounting to 34 people using accidental sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression by performing regression tests, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of library management has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttable (3,390 > 1,696), while the magnitude of the influence of Library Management Implementation as evidenced by Rsquare is 0.264 or (26.4%), while the rest is 73.6,7% influenced by other variables.
