Abstract
This research took place at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics (DISKOMINFO) in Sungai Penuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the people's online aspiration and complaints service (LAPOR) at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The number of informants amounted to five (5) people. Techniques and tools for collecting data in this study were interviews and observations. The unit of analysis is the Institute, the institution in this research, namely the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics (DISKOMINFO) Sungai Penuh City. The results of the study indicate that the LAPOR application has been implemented properly, while the inhibiting factor for the service itself is the public who do not understand LAPOR reporting through the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics (DISKOMINFO) of Sungai Penuh City.
