Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of governance on the performance of village officials at the Kantor Kepala Desa Air Bersih Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten Kerinci. As for the results of the research on the effect of relationship management on performance based on the results of an analysis where there is an increase in the performance of village officials who are influenced by the relationship system, namely 52.8%. Then there is a correlation with the calculated t value of 3,356 > t table 2,262. This means that the relationship arrangement affects performance. Furthermore, where the influence of relationship management on the performance of village officials is 0.575 or 57.5%. This shows that the relationship system can explain variations (movement patterns) of village officials' performance by 57.5%.
