Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Empowerment Strategy through Productive Skills Program at PKBM Attayibah, Sungai Penuh City. The informants in this study were the managers of PKBM Attayibah in the city of Sungai Penuh, which amounted to 6 people. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using an interview guide. Namely using in-depth interviews with research informants. In this study, it was found that the Community Empowerment Strategy through the Productive Skills Program at PKBM Attayibah, Sungai Penuh City has been running but there are still limitations that become obstacles in the strategy of disseminating related skills programs to community groups, so that many still do not understand the essence of the program. community empowerment activities in improving existing resources.
