PENGARUH PENGAWASAN FUNGSIONAL TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA DINAS PARIWISATA DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of functional suvervision on the quality of public service at the Tourism and ulture Office Of Kerinci Regency. Respondentsin this study were all civil servants in the Tourism and ulture Office ulture Of Kerinci Regency, totaling 20 people. The analitical tool used in this study is Simple Regression, by conducting regression tests. The result of the study show that there is a significant influence between Functional Supervision on the Quality of Public Services at The Tourism and Culture Office Of Kerinci Regency. This can be proven and the coeficient test or test turn out to be a hining of 13,955 with a significance level of 0,00 (? =0,05 > 0,00) Referring to the calculation above, it can be decided as follow were t test label or 13,955 > 2,101, than H0 is rejeted Ha is accepted meaning yes, there is a significant influence between Functional Supervision on the Qu ality Of Public Service at the Office Tourism and Culture Kerinci Regency. 2. It is know that the magnitude of the influence of Functional Supervision (X) on the Quality of Public Service (Y) is 91,5% while the remaining 8,5% is influenced by other variables not examined.
