Abstract

This study aims to find out how the placement of employees in the Kersik Tuo Health Center, Subdistrict of kayu aro, This type of research is a qualitative research and data collection techniques in this study using interview and observation methods, where interviews are conducted with 7 informants who are employees Kersik Tuo Health Center. The findings of the research show that overall the analysis of the placement of the Kersik Tuo Public Health Center in the kayu aro District can be categorized very well. Implementation of good employee placement in accordance with applicable regulations, produces employees who are competent in their fields and can work very well.
