ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI e-SKP DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNANCE DI KANTOR CAMAT TANAH KAMPUNG KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Electronic Employee Performance Targets (e-SKP) or also known as online SKP which can realize good governance in the Tanah Kampung Sub-District Office of Sungai Penuh City. This study used a qualitative research method with a purposive sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. Data analysis was used by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions, and testing the validity of the data using the credibility test and transferability test. The results of the study showed that the implementation of e-SKP at the Tanah Kampung Sub-District Office had not been able to realize good governance at the Tanah Kampung Sub-District Office, Sungai Penuh City. This is due to the lack of understanding of some employees in using the e-SKP application so that it does not support the realization of Good Governance.
