Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting Policies in the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in the City of Sungai. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a purposive sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. The results showed that the implementation of Gender Responsive policies at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in Sungai Full City through indicators, namely: 1) communication 2) resources 3) disposition and 4) bureaucratic structure showed quite well. This can be seen from the good communication made by the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office.
