Ilham Wafitran, 2022. This research aims to find out how government regulation Number 18 of 2016 is applied. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used interview and observation methods, in which interviews were conducted with 3 informants who were regional organizational apparatus. The findings of the research results show that as a whole the application of government regulation Number 18 of 2016 can be categorized as well established, there are several efforts that have been carried out by the City of Sungai Besar Government towards adjusting laws and regulations in each regional apparatus organization by making adjustments to the nomenclature regional apparatuses and work units in regional apparatuses based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016 concerning regional apparatuses with regulations issued by ministries/agencies
