Abstract
This study took place at 4 vilages in Depati Tujuh Sub-District, Kerinci Regency with the formulation of the problem "What is the Implementation of the Laws Number 6 year 2014 at Depati Tujuh Sub- District, Kerinci Regency?". The purpose of this study is to find out the Implementation of the Laws Number 6 year 2014 at Depati Tujuh Sub- District, Kerinci Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through structured interviews in the field with 13 informants using interview guidelines which are then analyzed by data triangulation through data reduction, data interpretation and drawing conclusions so that accurate information can be obtained. The research results are: 1). As for the role of the BPD in discussing and agreeing on draft village regulations with the village head, from the 4 sample villages obtained data from informants, it was found that the activity of agreeing on draft village regulations had been carried out well. 2).As for the formation of village regulations, the planning for the preparation of draft Village Regulations should be determined by the Village Head and BPD in the Village Government work plan and input from the community is not well implemented. This can be seen from the results of interviews which state that the community only knows that the PERDES already exists and only implements what has been prepared. 3).The role of the BPD in Supervising the Performance of the Village Head in Depati Tujuh sub-district is to directly see the infrastructure development when it is built.
