Abstract

This research took place in Talang Lindung Village, Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Penuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of capital management for village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in increasing village income. The approach used in this research is Qualitative Research. The informants amounted to 5 people. Data Collection Techniques and Tools in the form of Questionnaires, Pens, Books/Paper. Effectiveness is a level of success that has been carried out by BUMDes in Talang Lindung village in increasing village original income. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Murindau BUMDes from 2017 have been able to contribute an average of 35% annually, this is considered BUMDes to have been effective in increasing Village Original Income from the three business units being carried out have been able to achieve the BUMDes target, namely BUMDes goals. However, it needs improvement to be more optimal because Human Resources are still weak in increasing the quality of their production. So that the Village's Original Income can become a means of redistribution in Talang Lindung Village, Sungai Bungkal District, Sungai Penuh City.
