Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of public perceptions in public services. The method used in this research is qualitative method, data collection techniques were carried out through observation made to selected informants such as village head of koto baru hiang, for service and community. The result of this study indicate that the public’s perception of public service in the village of koto baru hiang, sitinjau laut district, is very good, but there are several aspects that are classified as unfavorable, such as the communication provided.
