Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and subjective well-being in members of the Jambi Police Mobile Brigade Corps Battalion B Pelopor Company 3 and to determine the magnitude of the relationship between job satisfaction and subjective well-being in Members of the Jambi Police Mobile Brigade Corps Battalion B Pioneer Company 3. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all members of the Jambi Police Mobile Brigade Battalion B Pelopor Company 3, totaling 61 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire containing statement items from the indicators of each variable. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis, while the t test is used to test the significance of the correlation. Data processing is carried out using SPSS.26 software. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and subjective well-being. Job satisfaction has a very strong positive relationship with subjective well-being. This means that any increase in the score on the job satisfaction variable will be followed by an increase in the score on the subjective well-being variable, and vice versa. 2) The relationship between job satisfaction and subjective well-being is 83.90%.
