Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of hard skills and training on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Pondok Tinggi Sub-District Head Office, Sungai Full City, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary and secondary data, the sample is the sub-district office staff of Pondok Tinggi. The research approach used is a quantitative approach to analyze the effect of hard skills and training on staff performance. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously training variations can explain variations (movement patterns), and hard skills are the variables that most influence performance.
