Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) Policy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with purposive sampling technique as a determinant of research informants. The results of the study show that: For the communication indicator as a whole the results obtained are implemented, because the government has made every effort to maintain communication between the government and participants or members of the Family Hope Program (PKH). Any information that is available is always informed to the beneficiary community so that there are no mistakes in the implementation of this program. For the Resources indicator with human resource and facility assessment items, the overall results obtained are sufficiently implemented. Disposition indicators are in the quite implemented category. Because both the village government administrators of the family hope program and PKH assistants in the Siulak sub-district along with family program administrators at the social service carry out their duties according to their respective responsibilities. Even though there may be some mistakes made, they are always resolved properly. The Bureaucratic Structure indicator is in the quite implemented category. Because all the activities carried out in the implementation of this program are in accordance with the applicable procedures, carry out their duties to the maximum extent possible and in accordance wth their respective responsibilities.
