Abstract

Maiken listi Sari, 2022. This study aims to determine how the ability of the village apparatus in carrying out population administration services in Koto Dian Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study used the interview and observation method, where interviews were conducted with 5 informants who were the village apparatus of the koto dian village and the koto dian village community.The findings of the study indicate that the overall ability of the village apparatus in carrying out population administration services in Koto Dian Village, Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City can be categorized as good, there are several aspects that have been well implemented, including: Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equality of Rights, and the balance of rights and obligations. And there are some aspects that are classified as not good, such as village officials who do not fully know their main duties and responsibilities. Good service implementation will get a good service report again / easy to understand, and can be a reference in policy making for the progress of a village government.
