Abstract

The Effect of Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) (X1) on the Quality of Service for Identity Cards (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. With the Problem Formulation Is there an effect of implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) on the quality of service for electronic identity cards (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City, how much influence does the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) have on the quality of identity card services? electronic resident (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing standard operating procedures (SOP) on the service quality of electronic identity cards (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City and also to find out how much influence the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) has on service quality of electronic identity card (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. From the results of the research using this method, it is known that the effect of the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) has a positive effect on the quality of service for identity cards (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City. This is evidenced by the obtained value of tcount > table of 15,952 > 2,048 with a significant level of 0.000 (Signification < 5%). Then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) greatly influences the quality of service for identity cards (E-KTP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sungai Penuh City.
