PARTISIPASI GENERASI MUDA DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DESA DUJUNG SAKTI KECAMATAN KOTO BARU KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

Abstract

Jendy Aidil Pratama, 2022. This study aims to analyze the participation of the younger generation in the implementation of the development of Desa Dujung Sakti Kecamatan Koto Baru Kota Sungai Penuh. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study used interview and observation methods, where interviews were conducted with 5 informants who were Dujung Sakti village officials and Desa Dujung Sakti youths. The findings of the research show that the overall participation of the younger generation in the implementation of Desa Dujung Sakti Kecamatan Koto Baru Kota Sungai Penuh can  be categorized as not participating as a whole, there are several indicators that have been well implemented, including: Participation in decision making, Participation in implementation, Participation in utilization . And in the aspect of participation in the evaluation it has not been implemented properly because the youth have not dared to evaluate or give an assessment of the implementation of the development of Desa Dujung Sakti Keacamatan Koto Baru Kota Sungai Penuh . The obstacle in participation is the lack of youth awareness about the implementation of development, the majority of Dujung Sakti village youth migrate outside the region and young people in general study outside the region.
