Abstract

This Research Aims To Analyze The Partnership Of The Village Government With The BPD In The Context Of Organizing The Village Government (Case Study in Kubang Agung Village) Depati Tujuh District, Kerinci Regency. The data collection technique in this study used interview and observation methods, where interviews were conducted with informants who were the Kubang Agung Village Government Apparatus. The data analysis technique used is qualitative description. The findings of the research show that the overall partnership between the village government and the BPD of Kubang Agung Village can be categorized as good. Some aspects of the partnership have been good, including: Village Development Planning and Implementation of Village Services. It can be seen from the results of research in Kubang Agung Village. The partnership between the village government and the BPD is the spearhead of village development, the welfare of the community is at stake if the village government and the BPD do not have energy in village development.
