Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on individual performance throught self efficacy at jambi bank sungai penuh branch. Responden in this study were employees at jambi bank sungai penuh branch, totalling 20 people, the analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and path analysi, by conduction a regression test. The result show that : 1. Job satisfaction is significan to direct effect on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0,734 or 73,4% with a smaller significance value of 0,05 meaning that job satisfaction greatly influances performance individual. 2. There is significant direct effect of job satisfaction on self efficacy. Where the value of the contribution obtained is 0,277 or 27,7% with smaller significance value obtained greatly influances self efficacy. 3. There is direct effect of performance on self efficacy significantly whre the contribution value obtained is 0,218 or 21,8% with a smaller significance value 0,05 meaning performance greatly influence self efficacy. 4. There is an indirect effect of job satisfaction on employe performance at bank jambi branch sungai penuh throught self efficacy significantly where the contribution value is 0,444 or 4,4%. 5. Throught path analysis and in this study shows for labels at a significance level of 0,05 and df n-k (20-2=18) then the magnitude of is 2,101 so (1,711 < 2,101) it can be concluded that the mediation coefficient is 2,264  which mean self efficacy cannot be amediator in the influence job satisfaction on individual performance at bank jambi branch sungai penuh.
