MANAJEMEN STRATEGI PEMERINTAH KECAMATAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR KECAMATAN HAMPARAN RAWANG

Abstract
This study discusses the sub-district head's strategy in improving public services at the Pondok Rawang sub-district office to find out the strategic goals of the Rawang sub-district office in improving service to the community and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Rawang sub-district office in improving services to the community. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, in collecting data used methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data are from office employees and the community in the Kecamatan Rawang. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the service strategy at the Rawang Subdistrict office in providing services to the community, the Rawang Subdistrict office tried to meet the quality of public services, while the inhibiting factor was the lack of infrastructure at the Rawang subdistrict office. The supporting factor is to further improve the quality of service and infrastructure at the Rawang expanse sub-district office.
