Abstract

This study took place at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency with the formulation of the research problem. Kerinci. This study used a qualitative approach where data was obtained through field-free interviews with nine informants. From the results of the research it is known that the SIAGA Application (Information System and Administration of Religious Teachers) is indeed an innovation that is very supportive for every teacher and also school operators in particular and also operators of the Kerinci Regency Ministry of Religion, the mechanism for Islamic religious education Teacher Professional Allowances is carried out quarterly or every three months and the disbursement will be carried out at the beginning of the following month and for 2022 the disbursement will be carried out three times a quarter, and for the fourth quarter the disbursement will be carried out at the end of the year considering that at the end of the year the Central Ministry of Religion will close the books.
