Abstract

This research aims to understand how electricity management is conducted for customers at PT. PLN (the company). This study employs a qualitative research approach, utilizing interview and observation methods for data collection. Interviews were conducted with 7 informants, consisting of employees and the public. The findings indicate that overall, the Analysis of Postpaid Electricity Sales Management in Air Hangat Timur District, Kerinci Regency.
