MENCIPTAKAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN APARATUR RESPONSIF DAN TERPADU APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (SMART ASN) DI BKPSDM KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to create a responsive and integrated civil servant management system (SMART ASN) at BKPSDM Sungai Penuh City. This study used a data approach approach obtained through interviews with 5 information with purposive sampling technic and using interviews which were then carried out by analyzing data through data reduction, data collection, and withdrawal to obtain accurate information. As for the results of the study that to determine the quality of SMART ASN at BKPSDM Sungai Penuh City today, researchers used six dimensions of SMART ASN quality, namely Recruitment of Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) Using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT), Development of Career Patterns, Competency Development, Career Development , Promotion Through Open Selection, and Succession Plans in creating SMART ASN at BKPSDM Sungai Penuh City. Based on Law no. 5 of 2014 government tasks are carried out in the context of carrying out general government functions which include institutional utilization, staffing, and management. Meanwhile, certain development tasks are carried out through economic and social activities aimed at increasing the welfare and prosperity of the entire community.
