PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR DI KOTA SUNGAI PENUH DALAM PELAKSANAAN OTONOMI DAERAH (STUDI KASUS PADA JALAN CANGKING)

Abstract

This research took place at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) office of Sungai penuh City. The purpose of this study is to find out how Planning regional autonomy is in the implementation of infrastructure development in the City of Sungai penuh (a case study on the Cangking road). The approach taken in this research is qualitative. The number of informants amounted to 7 people. Data collection techniques and tools in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The unit of analysis is the Institution, the Institution in this study is the Regional Development Planning Agency for the City of Sungaipuh. The results of the study showed that the Cangking road infrastructure development in Sungai penuh City had been carried out by the local government, however, the regional government of Sungai penuh City had not been efficient enough in carrying out the Cangking road infrastructure development in SungaiFull City, because there were still several Cangking roads in the SungaiFull city area. damaged and degraded. The weak factor in infrastructure development in the city of Sungai penuh is the human resource factor and the financial factor (funding) because the budget in the city of Sungai penuh is not enough so it is being transferred to DAK funds. The Planning regional government of Sungai penuh City must be able to control the results of natural wealth so that regional revenue or income increases.
