Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Responsive Work Analysis Increases the Work Productivity of Polairud Jambi Regional Police. This study uses primary data. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method related to the research problem was carried out using a questionnaire method. The results of this study prove that simultaneously increasing the work productivity of Polairud in the jurisdiction of the Jambi Regional Police. Responsive analysis of this work is expected to increase the work productivity of the Jambi Regional Police.
