Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of the female village head in improving community services in Desa Maliki Air Kecamatan Hamparan Rawang Kota Sungai Penuh. this type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used interview and observation methods, in which interviews were conducted with 5 informants who were village apparatus of maliki air and the people of maliki air village. The findings of the research show that the head of the women’s village has greatly improved services to the community. There are several aspect that have been implemented, including: public services, development services and protection services. It’s just that the female village head in the protection service indicator has not fully provided services to the village community.
