Abstract

This research is entitled analysis of the quality of public services in making passports at the Class II Non tpi Immigration Office in Kerinci Regency. The aim of this research is find out the quality of publick services in making pasports at the Class II Non Tpi Kerinci Immigration office. This research uses a qualitative research approach where data is obtained throught interviews with several informants using snowball sampling techniques and using interview guidelines whick are then data throught data reduction, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions so that accurate information can be obtained. In this research the autor found efforts to improve service quality, the passports completion prosess took 4 days, performance evaluations were carried out to improve the maximum quality of publick services.
