PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT AIR HANGAT KABUPATEN KERINCI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on performance. either directly or indirectly at the Air Hangat District Head office, Kerinci Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables, namely the leadership variable (X1), the intervening variable job satisfaction (X2), and the endogenous variable, namely performance (Y). The population of this research is all 27 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Depati Tujuh sub-district office. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub-structure 1 and sub-structure 2. Data was collected through questionnaires. The research findings show that: 1) There is a significant direct influence of leadership on job satisfaction, where the contribution value obtained is 0.331 or 33.1% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct influence of leadership on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.081 or 8.1% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct influence of job satisfaction on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.551 or 55.1% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is a significant indirect influence of leadership on performance through job satisfaction, where the contribution value obtained is 0.117 or 11.7%.
