PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT METRO SUNGAI PENUH
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee productivity at PT Metro Full River. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at PT Metro Full River with a total of 20 students. The sampling technique in this study was Total Sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, with the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of hypothesis testing have proven through the results of calculations carried out, namely the t test, the effect of training on employee work productivity at PT Metro Full River large regression coefficient with the obtained t count value is -2.224 and the significance value (sig t) is (0.039) < ? (0.05), this means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and partially stated that the training variable has an influence on employee work productivity at PT Metro Full River. Then the R-square analysis shows that the R- square of the effect of training on employee work productivity at PT Metro Full River is only 0.216 or a percentage of 21.6%, which means that there are still indications of the influence of other variables in determining the effect of training on employee work productivity at PT Metro Full River of 78.4% which are not contained in this study. Researchers hope that this research can be useful to add to the repertoire of literature studies on other factors or influences that can affect employee work productivity.
