ANALISIS DAMPAK PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN KELEMBAGAAN DESA ( Studi kasus di Desa Koto Dua Baru Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat Kabupaten kerinci )

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of managing village fund allocation on community empowerment and village institutions in Koto Dua Baru Village, Air Hangat Barat District, Kerinci Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research are observation interviews and documentation.The informant selection technique in this research was purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The results of the research show that: the management of village fund allocation towards community empowerment and village institutions in Koto Dua Baru village has been carried out based on village government and village community regulations, as well as the openness of the village government to the community so as to foster a sense of trust from the Koto Dua Baru village community in managing village finances. . The efforts made by the Koto Dua Baru village government in empowering the community in managing ADD are quite good but need to continue to be developed because the goal of activities to obtain PAD (Original Village Income) has not been achieved.
