Abstract

This research was conducted at the Population Control and Family Planning Service Office (DPPKB) Sungai Banyak. This research aims to determine the influence of work conflict and the work environment on employee job satisfaction. The number of samples determined was 36 samples using the Quantitative method. As independent variables, namely Work Conflict and Work Environment while the dependent variable is Employee Job Satisfaction. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using the Double Liner show that the Job Conflict variable influences Employee Job Satisfaction by 0.452 (45.2%) and the Work Environment influences Job Satisfaction by 0.655 (65.5%) and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that there is a 0.957 (95.7%) variation of Leadership policies can be explained by the independent variables examined in this research and 4.3% are explained by other factors outside this discussion. And the results of hypothesis testing, both partially and simultaneously, show that the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable using the t-test and f-test
